I'm taking yet another online class called Clean & Simple Cards (I just love to get ideas!). This class, if you're interested, can be found here. Anyway, today there was a sketch and an interesting idea. One of the instructors used a die cutting machine to cut out a word, then mounting the NEGATIVE portion to view the word. I don't have my Cricut (it's visiting Laura) but I tried it with a thin die I have and this is what I came up with:
I don't know if I'd do it again, but it was interesting! Very hard to get those little "insides" in the right place... but a very fun experiment!
